Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your dbAIsell account and everything connected to it at any time, including the WhatsApp data we received through Meta. This page explains how, what we delete, and how long it takes.
If you run a shop on dbAIsell
- Email info@doctorbarns.com from the email address you sign in with. Use the subject “Delete my dbAIsell data” and include your shop name.
- We reply within 2 working days to confirm the request came from you.
- We delete your data within 30 days of that confirmation and email you when it is done.
What we delete
- Your account, team members and shop settings.
- Your WhatsApp connection: the access token Meta gave us, your WhatsApp Business account and phone number records, and our webhook subscription to your account.
- Chats, contacts, customers, message templates, broadcasts and AI agent settings.
- Products, orders and carts.
We keep payment and invoice records only for as long as Ghanaian tax and accounting law requires. They are not used for anything else.
Remove our access on Meta’s side
You can also remove dbAIsell from your WhatsApp Business account yourself, at any time. In Meta Business Settings, open your business portfolio, go to the connected apps or partners for your WhatsApp account, and remove dbAIsell. We stop receiving your messages straight away. To delete the data we already hold, also send the email above.
If you are a customer of a shop
Each shop decides what happens to its own chats and orders. Ask the shop first. If you can’t reach them, email info@doctorbarns.com with the shop name and your WhatsApp number and we will help. Replying STOP to a shop’s broadcast unsubscribes you from that shop at once.
